Angela May, born to American-Thai heritage, personally curated the menu featuring contemporary cuisine with Asian touches
that is beautifully crafted with a selection of Asian ingredients and spices. Many of Angela's dishes are made with locally farmed herbs,
vegetables and fish; ensuring that her dishes are fresh and natural.
She has been the English voice of the world’s most prestigious cooking competition Bocuse d’Or, as well as the World Pastry Cup,
for nine years running. Angela also holds Le Grand Diplôme from famed French Culinary Academy ‘Le Cordon Bleu’.
Angela May is an acclaimed Culinary Host and TV Presenter on travel and food channels around the world, such as Planet Food.
