As the brand ambassador of DHM, Angela truly embodies the spirit of DHM: dynamic, creative, passionate, East-meets-West.
She has been the English voice of the world’s most prestigious cooking competition Bocuse d’Or, as well as the World Pastry Cup, for seven years running.
Angela also has a Le Diplôme de Cuisine from famed French Culinary Academy ‘Le Cordon Bleu’, Sydney.
Angela May Food Chapters is the first restaurant world-wide under Angela’s name, opened by DHM & Robinsons,
following a partnership between the two companies.
Angela May, born to American-Thai heritage, personally curated a menu featuring contemporary cuisine with Asian touches, that is beautifully crafted with a selection of Asian ingredients and spices. Many of Angela's dishes are made with locally farmed herbs, vegetables and fish; ensuring that her dishes are fresh and natural.
