Our journey began in the charming enclave of Duxton Hill with the opening of L’Entrecôte The Steak & Fries Bistro. Inspired by the 1950s Parisian classic, Olivier meticulously recreated the traditional entrecôte and frites, setting a standard for authenticity that defines us to this day.

Driven by a passion for European soul, we have spent over a decade expanding Singapore's culinary landscape.
