Founded in October 2010 by Olivier Bendel, DHM opened its first restaurant L’Entrecôte on the quaint Duxton Hill. L'Entrecôte is a Parisian concept first established some eighty years ago, featuring the traditional entrecôte (a premium cut of beef rib) and frites. Drawing inspiration, Olivier meticulously created his version of this time-tested French favourite. This bold move is nothing less than a stamp of authenticity.
In 2011, the group inaugurated Sabio Tapas Bar. In 2012, DHM took over Italian restaurant, Forlino. In the same year, the company developed another concept: &MADE Burger Bistro.
DHM currently has 9 restaurants in Singapore.
Our team comprises of highly experienced professionals from the F&B industry. Be it operations or back-office, each individual has been hired for their extensive experience in F&B, their knowledge of the Asian market as well as their management capability. Most of all, we create, develop, and operate restaurant concepts motivated by our passion for the hospitality line.
