Sabio, first established at 5 Duxton Hill in 2011, was one of the first tapas bars in Singapore, and was dedicated to serving a tempting selection of authentic Spanish sharing tapas to food lovers across Singapore.
At Sabio, every dish is created with the best and freshest ingredients from Spain and across Asia, and your meal is best complemented with a carefully curated selection of imported Spanish wine, beer and spirits.
Similar to how Spanish locals dine, our tapas are to be enjoyed with fun, family and friends! Enjoy Spanish favourites, such as Patatas Bravas, freshly made Sangria, Paella, Churros, Chorizo, Jamón and Queso!
The Spanish concept has since been taken to the seaside, with the picturesque surrounds of Sabio By The Sea at Quayside Isle, Sentosa Cove. This laidback and spacious outlet overlooks the Sentosa Marina, and features Josper-grilled meats and seafood, together with our signature tapas. The Sabio brand is also featured at Glasshouse by DHM, a multi-concept dining destination at Robinsons The Heeren.

Located in Sentosa Cove and inspired by the original Sabio on Duxton Hill, Sabio by the Sea is the perfect location for corporate and private celebrations,
with a menu featuring grilled meats and fishes together with Tapas, and the design and ambience being laidback, spacious and airy. The restaurant can
accommodate up to 100 people seated and 250 people standing – suitable for any corporate or social events and celebrations, including weddings and solemnisations.
